Cancellation & Refund Guidelines
Standard Cancellation Policy
7+ days before departure: Full refund minus 10% service fee.
3–6 days before departure: 50% refund of total booking amount.
Less than 48 hours before departure: No refund.
Helicopter & Charter Flights
14+ days before departure: 75% refund.
7–13 days before departure: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
Adventure Activities (Bungee, Rafting, Paragliding)
48+ hours before activity: Full refund minus ₹500 cancellation fee.
24–48 hours before activity: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund.
Wildlife Safaris (Jim Corbett, Rajaji, Ranthambore)
5+ days before safari: Full refund minus 15% service fee.
2–4 days before safari: 40% refund.
Less than 48 hours before safari: No refund.
Important Terms & Conditions
Refund processing: All refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Travel insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or trip interruptions.
Force majeure: In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other extraordinary circumstances, we offer credit notes for future travel or partial refunds at our discretion.
Modifications: Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us directly for any modifications.
