Health & Wellness Advisory
Traveling in the Himalayas requires physical fitness and awareness. Please consult your doctor before booking, especially if you have pre-existing conditions.
Pre-Existing Conditions
Heart patients, pregnant women, and those with respiratory issues should consult a physician before high-altitude travel (Kedarnath, Badrinath, Gangotri, Yamunotri).
Carry Medications
Bring your regular medications plus a basic first-aid kit (pain relievers, bandages, antiseptic, motion sickness pills).
Altitude Acclimatization
Ascend gradually. Symptoms of AMS include headache, nausea, dizziness. Inform your guide immediately if you feel unwell.
Food & Water Safety
Only consume bottled or boiled water. Eat freshly cooked vegetarian meals. Avoid street food during yatra.
